Magnesium is naturally derived from elemental ore, Citrate is produced by corn dextrose fermentation, Ascorbyl palmitate is derived from corn dextrose fermentation and palm oil.

Wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, artificial colors & sweeteners, Coatings and Shellacs, GMOs, Tree nuts, Peanuts and sesame, Binders, fillers & preservatives, Magnesium Stearate, Gluten, Trans fat & Hydrogenated Oils.

As a dietary supplement, take 1-4 capsules daily. Consume with food.
